Kenneth "Ken" McGee is passionate about business management and has been involved in all areas of business. Located in the Keene/Swanzey NH area with the ability to serve the Monadnock Region, Southern Vermont and Central and Western Massachusetts.
Areas of Focus:
Although my primary focus is on Controllership and Financial Management, I have been very effective at increasing sales using a whole team approach. I have found that you cannot effectively increase sales without also improving the other support departments and making them a part of the sales process. This allowed a 60% increase in sales for one company that had been in business over 40 years.
My experience and expertise includes finance, sales management advisor, safety, team building, computer systems, computer network administration, website design and administration, human resources, payroll, banking relations, and other duties.
Specialty:
Streamlining Financial Systems which allows me to focus on the important numbers and recommend appropriate changes to increase the bottom line. Typically, I have found that businesses can end up with a lot of meaningless data whereas I will take that data and turn into valuable information to save time and improve effectiveness. I also focus on using computer software to improve effectiveness of management and other users.
